Important Inspection Instructions for your DADOquartz Product
All DADOquartz® items
must be inspected immediately
BEFORE ACCEPTING SHIPMENT.
You need to take the time to immediately conduct a THOROUGH inspection before accepting shipment.
REFUSE IF DAMAGED.
If a unit is damaged:
1. TAKE PICTURES
2. REFUSE THE SHIPMENT AND
3. SEND IT BACK WITH THE FREIGHT CARRIER.
IF ITEMS WITH CHIPS, GOUGES AND CRACKS ARE DELIVERED, TAKE PHOTOS, REFUSE THE SHIPMENT AND ALERT JETTA.
SCRATCHES CAN BE BUFFED OUT, UNITS WITH SCRATCHES CAN BE ACCEPTED AND YOU CAN CONTACT JETTA FOR BUFFING INSTRUCTIONS.
For your convenience, most bathtubs are packaged like this so that it can be thoroughly inspected without being unpackaged.
DADOquartz® and Jetta are not responsible for failure or damage that should have been discovered during proper inspection.
Transit damage is the responsibility of the carrier; however, you are NOT TO ACCEPT DAMAGED GOODS.
Delivery of the tub to a job site will be seen as acceptance of quality.
Any damage that occurs at the jobsite or during installation is the responsibility of the installer, after installation is the responsibility of the product owner.
