Yes, we DO already have your address.  But we wanted gather this information directly so that you are in control of where we mail your gift card. We're happy to mail it to your home or office.

We've asked for your T-Shirt size also.  Waddles keeps a few on hand for special occasions... if we have your size we might drop one of those in the mail too!
