Marketing Manager - Building Products / Decorative Plumbing
Jetta Corporation is a design-driven bathtub manufacturing company known for craftsmanship, innovation, and a growing portfolio of premium products. With two distinct brands, Jetta and Americh, we’re expanding our market presence and seeking a creative, strategic, and hands-on marketing professional to lead all marketing initiatives, from concept to completion.
The Marketing Manager will be both the visionary and the doer — leading strategy, creative direction, and tactical execution across two brands. As a department of one, this role owns every aspect of marketing, from high-level planning to rolling up your sleeves and bringing ideas to life.
Because this role drives communication within the building products ecosystem, industry experience is essential. The successful candidate will have direct experience in the building products or decorative plumbing industry, along with a strong understanding of B2B communication across the building products supply chain, particularly distribution partnerships, dealer networks, and showroom channels. This background is critical to effectively support our customers, elevate our brands, and guide how our products move through the market.
You’ll oversee product launches, digital engagement, brand identity, and content creation, ensuring every message, image, and experience reflects our shared commitment to craftsmanship and innovation. This role partners closely with leadership, Sales, and Operations.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across both brands. • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for all product launches. • Manage brand identity and storytelling through consistent visual and verbal communication. • Design and produce marketing collateral, campaigns, and digital content hands-on. • Oversee web presence, SEO, and digital performance, guiding the Web Marketing Specialist. • Manage social media, newsletters, and blog content to drive engagement and awareness. • Coordinate trade events, product showcases, and media outreach. • Measure campaign performance and continuously optimize marketing impact.
What You Bring
• 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, with 2-3 years of that experience in manufacturing, design, building products, decorative plumbing, or related industries. • A strong understanding of the B2B communication requirements of the building products supply chain, including distributors, dealers, showrooms, and trade partners. • Proven success leading marketing strategy and executing hands-on creative work.
• Experience launching products and driving brand growth independently. • Strong visual and storytelling skills with proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools. • Excellent project management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities. • A self-starter mindset — comfortable being both strategist and implementer.
